Their business model is based around four rules: keep it simple, make it sustainable, be collaborative, and build skills. The idea is to use a small core of staff to tap into a broad network of creatives in order to collaborate on a diverse range of projects and generate a unique skill-set. Labspace creative agency usually build and curate hybrid art projects, tailoring their work to site specific commissions that emphasise participation and performance, and make use of multi-media and user-generated elements. ## "... uncover the invisible threads that connect us to our urban soundscape". An example of a project this amazing creative agency have put together is "Arthur", an interactive store front installation that lives on the energy of passer's by. He is a "loveable creature ... \[who\] feeds off the affections of others", but without human touch he withers away. Over ten days, the people of Toronto were tasked to #SaveArthur by visiting and touching him. You can see Arthur looking very loved here, a 3D orb of interleaved tendrils that lives as a glowing sphere and responds to your touch with a vibrant inner light the colour of an unearthly ocean. Another is The Noise Project, a gallery based project that examines the concept of "noise" through works by a network of creatives who set out to "uncover the invisible threads that connect us to our urban soundscape".
